Yeah, I completely agree. I look at it like: Unfairness of someone buying all of them on eBay > Unfairness of some people not calling "first"

If you can spare one at a reasonable price, I will be glad to buy it. If not, that's OK.
I don't intend to bid if you auction it though.

As I said, a pm (private message) might work far more efficiently.

Tsums, as sbell said, a pm will notify him at the top of the screen. It will work better this way as he will see it much faster without having to struggle with this thread.

*Shocked* Why is everyone so enthused with this figure? Am I missing something?

To be blunt Tyrannax, yes. It was only released in one obscure museum in Germany and it is a species that has never been made before.

*Shocked* Why is everyone so enthused with this figure? Am I missing something? If you had bothered to read the first post you'd know it's a very rare figure But it's 3 whole pages! That would mean going back to my original post, and then finding Libraptor's post about where he found it (maybe even the blog entry, also by Libraptor). I mean come on, that's a lot of research to do before posting a statement whose answer would be immediately obvious... ;D sarcasm

*Shocked* Why is everyone so enthused with this figure? Am I missing something? maybe because there was only a small amount of them ever made...?

Oh, its rare? I didn't know that. ;D ;D I meant what is spectacular about this figure? Is it the fact they haven't made many recreations of this animal before? I read the entire group of pages, but have yet to see why people like it so much. Is it only the fact that its rare? Now that you all know I knew it was rare, the sarcasm isn't so funny is it? ;D

Now that you all know I knew it was rare, the sarcasm isn't so funny is it? ;D Sarcasm is not meant to be funny--it is meant to make fun of It is a sought after figure because it appears well made; it is made by Bullyland (who may be in their last days); it was a specially made figure; because it is a Permian animal of which there are generally few (save Dimetrodon, the occasional Edaphosaurus, some very old Sphenacodon figures, a couple JP figures, and this year's WS Scutosaurus); it is one of very few larger-scale Permian animals made as figures; it is the only cynodont figure ever made as a museum-line quality figure; because there probably are not that many made so those of us who appreciate that age/type of animal are jumping at the chances we have. That's why several of us want it (or at least some of those reasons).

;D ;D YAY! I just paid for mine!!! Yahoooooo! Yah, tyrannax, it's a very special, and not that kind of "special" , figure. It's the reason why grown up men, like me, have gone crazy looking for it! A big THANK YOU to Libra! He really loves us all and showed us mercy! ;D What could have taken years and years to acquire and many $$$$ later, he generously offered to us Think of it this way Tyrannax, what if you just found out that some very small museum released a nanno T-rex, something that we have not seen before that is super cool and rare, would you not try to get one for your collection? ;D
