Never mind my earlier post. He did write it out in the title, and in the post text, and gave a link to more, so I guess if people don't slow down and read it all, that is not Mauro's fault. I never meant to say that he was deliberately fooling anyone. Far from it, so please Mauro don't think that. It is a nice piece, as technique goes, but I still don't like it. I think maybe I think it is too busy or something.

And yes, I will admit to a bit of professional jealousy, or envy maybe. In art, as in everything else, there is always someone better than you out there. As an artist, looking at another's work, I do get "jealous", but that usually spurs me to try harder, or to try new things and approaches. But, of course, that little artists ego, which I do try to deny, gets a little bruised time to time.....
