I still sigh over the WWD ankylo....sniff its so ugly, i could have bought it for $10 yesterday but left it behind. Yes, it was built with legs too small and tail only about half the proper length ... BUT! A little imagination combined with artistic license, AND (click below): bucketfoot-al.tripod.com/DinoModels/Anky1.JPG

Croc skull. Can you get some detailed photos ? I am quite interested in seeing it. Info on fake croc skulls below - I've yet to actually see a real one of these things yet, every single one I have examined has been 100% fake. There are bucket loads from China and Morocco kicking around, some with VERY high prices. paleodirect.com/fakechinesefossils4.htm

I think some of those would be fun to own-- But not at real fossil prices!
Kind of like how replica tyrannosaur teeth are fun to own, they aren't real but they look neat!

Mine doesn't look like that though, it's white with the amber colored teeth and quite fragile. It was actually damaged in transit which is why I got it so cheap. There were two ...both different looking but same species or so I was told...it sold for 1000.00 several years ago. I actually hoped it was a marine reptile skull, having found the shark teeth in it and the teeth and bone look like other fragments I have of plesiosaur and mosasaur jaws and teeth, but the old fellow at the shop... little out of the way place, I thik he's passed on now, it's been years since..was adamant it was some sort of crocodile or alligator.

Hard to tell from the photos, (I'd need close shots with details to make a better guess) but it doesn't look like most of the fake junk passed off as real that I see all over the place. it just might be legit, which considering how much of these things are out an out fakes, is sort of a big deal.
In any event, it looks like its at least a composite piece, containing real material, if nothing else.
Good find. Better, clear, close up photos would be the next step.

I'd have to get a better camera first..heh..another guy I know ( who knows his stuff ) said in his opinion is was authentic and taking a ballpark shot, said it might be a Eothoracosaurus..a kind of Gavial-like croc from the Late Cretaceous.

Orthocone : He was my favorite originally and my last WWD figure..say 60.00 ? He is MIP...that said I couldn't find one anywhere to judge by but loose figures are getting 30-50.00 so it should be reasonable..let me know. Cordy : I'm sure he's been posted before.. retro, yellow plastic with black paint , it includes a card that says Nothosaur but is actually a pic of a Baryonyx. The same company also makes this plesiosaur I have for sale : Found a pic of him :
