It may have been! He looks exactly like that, but he is balled as of now. If you'll notice the mole on the upper left part of his forehead, I can tell you the man I met had the same one in the same area.
He was wearing a JP3 hat at the time as well.
But yes, that looks to be him.

Very cool... it would have been such a fan thing to do...but I would gotton his autograph if it was ok ... And at least now you know exactly who he was...and judging by the info I've found on him he def should know the film's status... ;D

That is why I will be surprised if some are still skeptical. The man was very friendly, and seemed to love telling me about the 4th movie. He told me a few secrets that I will keep to myself.

See? Secrets. Those have come and gone before, all turning out to be not true... Why don't you tell them? Do you want to be special or something? ;D I hope he wasn't just making conversation...

Just chill, Cordy. Sheesh. Like i said, when it is ready, we, and the whole universe--and perhaps a few beyond it--will know. It will be drilled into our sleep. T is just relaying some interesting news, while maintaining at least some of his promise to keep it quiet. Say thanks, T. Or, don't. But why try to argue, or stress it?

After seeing all the fandom that this franchise creates (JPtoys for example) I couldn't care less. Sure, it will spark interest in dinosaurs, but only for a short while.

I sure hope there is little to no truth to this. Jurassic Park really hit a low note with JP3, and JP4 seemed like it would have been even more ridiculous. Just leave the franchise ALONE already! Multiple sequels have this funny way of eventually ruining the original, brilliant film with their mediocrity, and I would hate to see this happen to JP.
On a side note, this isn't like the time your friend gave you a "dinosaur egg" is it, Rex?

Or Indian Jones. Or Star Wars (in terms of production, not order)... Okay, so 4th in a series is rarely a good thing. But dinosaurs killing people=Awesome! (Hopefully--they forgot to do that in the third one).

I would rather watch JP3 than the 30+ low-budget films that come out since....if JP4 beats them, I'm on board easily. The first will always be the best....but I can still enjoy the sequels...

I'm sorry for disappointing you, but I had never seen a Dinosaur egg before. Maybe you should let that go and instead simply keep negative comments off of the thread? And no, he was not a hoax if that is what you mean. I viewed his resume, and by clicking the link somewhere above, you can actually see the man I met. You see I knew someone would inquire that he was lying, but even if that was the case, he was without a doubt a cinematographer for Jurassic Park 3. I am just spreading this news, and really have no interest in convincing anyone. Now if you do not want a sequel, that is your opinion.

I would rather have multiple root canals performed on me without pain meds than having to ever even think about having seen JP3. It was a giant dino sized load of crap and a terrible embarrassment to all of living beings. Plus, it just did not make sense..... ;D And the dinos are all wrong. Wrong sayeth I.
I really didn't care for it; the series seems to have degenerated to the level of poorly made slasher films. That's a real shame. I just do not see many ways to keep reintroducing dinos, and hapless humans for them to eat. I don't think the original premise was really set up for long term use as a series of films. "site B" was interesting, but surely there was no "c". And dinos on the mainland was done. What else is there?

Indy 4 is actually my second favorite of the series, and i honestly think that "The Dark Knight" sucks really bad ;D ...But i guess this proves, one more time, that tastes in movies (just like in everhting else) are REALLY subjective Anyway, back to JP...Like Teton said, what they can pull out for a hypotetical 4th movie? What could be a good story to end the franchise? Use again Isla Nublar as the main setting? Assuming dinosaurs still roam among the ruins of the park, why would be the reason for the human characters to go there? Another,over-used rescue mission? Save the dinosaurs from another evil hunters/soldiers/whatever? Really...Even if i'd like...No,i'd FRIGGIN' LOVE to see a 4th chapter of the JP saga,i actually don't see how could it work to be at least on par with the first two movies

My parents weren't exactly Gung ho during The Lost World, or Jrassic Park Three for that matter. My mom loved talking down on the Raptors for one thing. lol I'd love to see JP4 mostly because, Jurassic Park(VHS) was like my pacifier. Not literally but... That was the first movie that made me think, wow...I want to be a paleontologist. I watched that movie nearly every day or week. lol. Anyway...back on track, This artiste would love to see how they put this movie into action a few years from now. I'm up for it. Until then...I need to go back and watch The Lost World and JP 3 again. And I do apologize in advance for this long reply. Sometimes I can go way overboard and not make any sense. Basically, my parents wouldn't support a JP 4, but that's their opinion. I'd go see it just because I'm sick of living by their opinion about it. Let me have my say for once. I know I'd like it at least.

Teton , you need to see all the other cheap dino films out there...watch Raptor island 2 or three times and you'll be begging for JP3 and and even 4 to make you forget it...lol I repeat, no sequal is goingto be as good as the first film..maybe the 2nd one if done right. There are still a lot of elements in the novels to work from and a good writer could prob make a worthwhile plot out of them. I think seeing what Biosyn is up to would be a good path..they were always the darker side of Ingen in the books. That could lead to Dinos running loose in the forests of America or jungles of South America and we would have a team sent in to verify possibly bring back a living specimen to confirm it all....maybe something along those lines...I still want to see the migrating Raptor scene from the end of the first book...or the camo-carnotaurus from thr TLW...still lots of elements.

How can you mock dino-films and not mention the Carnosaur series? Or Future War? Reasons enough to ban (or at least regulate) the use of dinos in films. We must think of the children.
