Yes, the title is correct.
My brother and I were lucky enough to be on set when a man noticed by NHM of NYC shirt. After talking, it turns out the man worked on Jurassic Park 3. He actually controlled the arms of the Spinosaurus. I have forgotten unfortunately what he said his place was in the film by official means. Anyway, he told us that many think Jurassic Park 4 was canceled, but he assured us the movie was to begin shooting next year if all goes well. They have decided on a plot, and will keep the public ignorant of the movie as of now.
I am only telling you because I have no interest in keeping it to myself. I ask that you not publicize this information. I want this thread to keep its existence temporarily, but will ask that the moderators delete it after I have given the request.
Let's keep it between those who have read this topic.
As for those who probably feel doubtful of my message, I ask you keep negative posts to a minimum. You see, this man showed us his resume, and he most certainly did work with producer Steven Spielberg on Jurassic Park 3. Thanks.

I wouldn\t say negative things about what you've said.
I will say that I am sceptical that they will do a good job this time around. It isn't like the second and third movies were really that good--and Crichton was alive at the time for those.

I recently rewatched "The Lost World" and,let me say it,Sbell...I think it's absolutely on par with the first movie C'mon, the T.Rex rampage in San Diego and many other scenes in that movie are pure Masterpieces for an adventure-lover like me

You may have given me hope buddy... I haven't quite given up on it yet...and with any luck the Land of the Lost film this year is a warm up dino piece then. ;D I don't see how a JP4 could be a bad thing at all...look at the crap Scifi and other cheap companies make as Dino films...at least it will top notch effects and maybe some new figures eh ?

No, the man wasn't kidding with me. He did say some of the actors in the movie are arguing over some ordeal at the moment.

I think ET should be in it ..............fending off Velociraptors with his anal probe glowing finger ;D I do wish Mr Spielberg would stop fiddling with Sci Fi and get back to making decent (though usually grossly innaccurate and sometimes slanderous) war movies Hey, opens up the market for some cool dino toys

On a different note (but still related)...I just finished to see (for the first time in DVD!) the first Jurassic Park and,seriously... ...This is still the BEST movie i've ever seen in all my life! Even after all these years,it hasn't lost its magic, that's for sure

I have a good many of them..the larger Pteranodons are good, no teeth like in the film though, the Spinos were pretty bad.. but the Brachiosaur is fine and bigger green Rex sculpt looks ok. The interest alone would def help out any dinosaur themed attraction or museum. Dinosaucers would be a great cartoon to see brought up in a newer..maybe anime ? ... style. Used watch it a lot of USA's Dino-Power Hour... ;D

I guess your just better then everybody else!

I would not count on the Land of the Lost movie, it is a straight up comedy. A complete spoof. So, I would not be hoping for inspiring dino stuff. Fun, perhaps. Inspiring? Not so much.

Well, I'm one that would definitely be at it's NYC opening if it happened!
It is sad that Michael and Stan aren't around anymore. Maybe Steven can get some of the people who worked on WwD!

We were able to talk to the same person again before having to leave the set today. (It is Stevie's last day of shooting).
He was the lead Cinematographer for Jurassic Park 3 as well.
As for those who are doubtful I am not here to argue or convince you of anything. Take in the information I have given you and believe or disbelieve. It does not matter to me one way or the other.

I know what it's about..seen the trailor several times..looks really funny..lol I'm just saying it's one more dino film which may or may not be something of a warm up for the studios...prob not..but I wasn't being that serious. What I have seen of the dinos looks pretty interesting..they are more characters than animals though. Rex, was the guys name Shelly Johnson ? www.cinematographers.nl/PaginasDoPh/johnson-shelly.htmThis lists him as being involved with JP4...but it hasn't been updated.
