But are there no more caption suggestions? At this rate, the bean bun may have to go to Mr Stoneage, you know... Do you think we can fly with these wings? That is the best I've got... EDIT: Nevermind, I see me and Stoneage were on the same page. I guess that is as good as it is gonna get.

And would you believe it, there is something absurd on the way in relation to that...

First Deinony (with mouth open), "Gonna fly now!...... Flying high now!!" ;D Second Deinony, "Oh brother. Now he's gonna sing the theme from Rocky?!"

See, look what you've all made me do... Flying Velociraptors. Larger view here. How do I ever expect to taken seriously at this rate? All those who made caption suggestions gets a bean bun apiece. I recommend a cup of jasmine tea to go with it.

Brilliant! This ones needs a caption too! ;D
I like how you´re getting more comfortable with stuff like feathered metatarsals (but its not like they´re "wrong" without them, just adds more variety to the possible feature designs!)

I don't know. For some reason I'm getting Mary Poppins this time... All together now, "Let's go fly a kite! Up to the highest height! Let's go fly a kite and send it soaring!" - or - "Feed the birds. Tuppence a bag. Tuppence. Tuppence. Tuppence a bag."

Thank you guys. I like how you´re getting more comfortable with stuff like feathered metatarsals (but its not like they´re "wrong" without them, just adds more variety to the possible feature designs!) Those were my thoughts too. Chuck, haha; I think we may need considerably more than tuppence to feed these birds. Can you imagine the poor bird woman being swarmed by a flock of this lot?

Now I know you can't possibly have any sort of " inferiority complex " with images like THAT ^ ;D

Now I know you can't possibly have any sort of " inferiority complex " with images like THAT ^ ;D Sadly, certain productive values do not always evince the absence of an inferiority complex all the same. ;D But it's so kind of you, Chris. And sorry for my delayed reply! Something serious... A group of Ornithomimus edmontonicus fend off an Albertosaurus sarchophagus by mobbing it. Aaand something silly. Again. An ornithomimosaur giving a tyrannosaur what-for. For larger images and for some explanatory context, do please visit here. Grazie mille.

Thank you both.
Chris, I am perhaps more than a little biased. ;D You can imagine there are twice as many Ornithomimus beyound the frame if you like. On the other hand, a gaggle of angry geese is a real force to be reckoned with. I imagine ornithomimosaurs could have employed similar tactics...

I suppose they could have..but it's like a wolf vs said geese..yeah it's going to get bit and harassed..but if hungry enough it still might make off with one if they fight. Better to use those long legs to haul tail and out run the slower tyrannosaur...or so I believe.. If it was the first time it happened the the tyrannosaur, like it's a younger individual then it might get a little spooked and run away instead.
