Look's like one of Procon's better ones. Hopefully the painted on teeth don't look too horrid like on the Hydrotherosaurus. Hermes, where have you been? I haven't seen you around LOTP lately. I'll be back on LOTP... in a while...

Is there any word or rumors of new Japanese minature figures for 2011? I'm guessing that around this time next year there will be a highly sought after set. Mostly because it will be Dino Expo time again. Otherwise, no, we don't seem to hear much about what is coming out of Japan (unless Franchesca comes across something!).

I would also love for Safari to release a toob of pterosaur skulls. Given the diversity of skull morphologies I'm sure it would be a nice complement to their Dino Skull toob. Sbell - maybe you can put in the good word to Safari I don't know if its been said already but a toob of actual pterosaur models would be really awesome.

Skulls are boring, give us a toob of the animals themselves!

That would be nice , but I suggested earlier that it would be cool if they make a special line that only make 1:40 or larger scale pterosaurus.

I would love for a pterosaur toob to be released - whether it be figures or skulls. My preference is for skulls as they are so diverse but I wouldn't whine about figures either.

Well I just feel that if they have a prehistoric marine life toob and they have even gone so far as to make something as unusual as prehistoric shark and croc toobs then a pterosaur toob seems only natural.

I think tiny pterosaurs would add nice depth perception to our dioramas! I'd also use some in my dio set-ups I have in my collection displays for distant flyers.

As for the Rhomaleosaurus figure, I like him. I do like the subtle color details on the first pick we got better. But, this newer pic is smaller and the figure is a little dark. So, it still may have some subtle color patterns we're not seeing very well. Here they are together... Did you just flip the photo? Looking at it side-by-side, now you can sort of see the slight difference (neck and tail) between the two models. As far as I know, both figures are prototype figures, so the final paint maybe very different from these two. The newer one has the same subtle striping as the older photo.

Hello everybody. A quick question: does anyone know where I can get the new Favorite (Kinto) Spinosaurus?
I mean the orange PVC figure, NOT the big cold-cast version ...
Thanks!

Yes, they are the only ones I know of that have it. It is an excellent sculpt, if you can get past the annoying orange paint job.... I may risk painting mine myself...
