And just now I won a WWD Ophtalmosaurus. You paid nearly 27 quid for a piece of plastic?! Don't go searching for a battat diplodocus any time soon...

Yes, but someone else paid 51 quid for one last month, making me feel good about this one. ;D Anyway, it's a fairly rare piece of plastic and I wanted it. How much do you spend on dinosaur figures (I'm assuming you're into those otherwise you wouldn't be here : .

I got the wild safari apatosaurus finally - it's definitely in my top three sauropod figs (next to the kabaya seismosaurus and battat diplodocus of course)

Saw a few bags left of those Prehistoric Mammals at my local Rite Aid. Thinking about picking one up. Had a question though -- Do they stand well enough? Some in the bags I saw looked like their legs were a little turned funny and then I felt them through the bag and their rubbery make-up seemed a bit soft, especially the thinner legs. Hmmm? Anyway, if any of you still want them, like I said, one of my local Rite Aid stores had quite a few bags left. I'd say 4 or 5. And, there's another Rite Aid that's also not too far from me I haven't checked yet. Let me know. I reminder of what they look like in their bag...

Received today: Invicta Troodon and Lambeosaurus at reasonable price! How much would 'reasonable' be in this case? Just bought an Invicta Dimetrodon on Ebay, BIN 10 pounds. Not very cheap, but I've had a hard time even finding one at all and buying this one means I'm officially done with Invicta now (though I might get myself some of the painted versions if I can get them cheaply). Another line complete!

I would not hesitate a second to pay 7 GBP to buy another Invicta Lambeosaurus for sure, even if I already have one!

The Troodon for £24 is rather good. I'm still yet to find one - saw one without a base once going for £75!

This happens quite a lot with dinosaurs, but unfortunately other bidders come along who do know..

Anybody wanna trade a Troodon for one ?

Anybody wanna trade a Troodon for one ? Mine was named as such--and cost $10 CDN with postage from the UK! And seriously, folks, that Troodon is not really worth that much. It would help if it looked like...a Troodon.

The biggest problem I have with the Troodon is it's scale to the others. I guess it would've been too too small to keep the same scale, which is 1:45, right? The look doesn't bother me as much because it's an older figure based on info from the time it was made. Although, I probably wouldn't pay too much for one either.
If I'm not mistaken, isn't the only other Invicta figure that isn't in the same scale as the rest the whale?

My buddy decided to get rid of his Prehistoric Mammal collection - I'm glad he traded for some stuff I had lying around, because we are broke right now! LOL.. I may have some extras up soon, working out my need list.
