Fossil, There was only two left when I got them at my Rite Aid where I work. Now I bet there's none. My new items I got are some dinos for .88 cents at wal mart and an Papo Oviraptor from Marc.

Had a good time on Ebay and got me a nice lot of JP figures in cluding a TLWS1 Mobile Command Center, a JPS1 Velociraptor and a JPS2 Electronic Baryonyx. And just now I won a WWD Postosuchus and Ophtalmosaurus. That only leaves me with the Liopleurodon and that d**n Ornithocheirus to complete my WWD collection.

Why are you even counting the ornithocheirus when there's only one known in existence?

That is not true. There are only a few in existence.

There are at least two that I know of. They exist. Anything in existence pops up on Ebay eventually. When Ornitho does, I will be there...

And you will pay at least one grand if the seller knows what it is.

That is why I'm saving up and eventually buying the walking with dinosaurs sort of toys. Much cheaper. ;D ;D And if I come across the "real" ones down the road not too expensive I will get them too.

See with all due respect to anybody who actually would spend four digits on a plastic dinosaur model/toy whatever...I would never do that.

Anybody from the forum got the WWD dinos that were on ebay.uk? They started at ridiculous prices and ended about 20 bucks each or so, a couple of hours ago.

Anybody from the forum got the WWD dinos that were on ebay.uk? They started at ridiculous prices and ended about 20 bucks each or so, a couple of hours ago. I got two of those. The Ophtalmosaurus was a bit expensive, true, but I really wanted it. Still, I payed only half of what it went for last month. The Postosuchus cost me 16.50 pounds. Seems a regular price for WWD figures, though still not overly cheap. I won't find them for 10 cents at flea markets anymore though, like I did with the Iguanodon two years ago (oh, glorious day!). If a WWD Ornithocheirus ever pops up on Ebay, please DON'T show it in the 'New on Ebay' thread... since I don't intend to pay four digits (or even three) for one. I make it a habit to get lucky and find stuff for mostly decent prices. I collected myself one of the finest JP collections in existence that way, so I see no reason not to keep that up. ;D

And just now I won a WWD Ophtalmosaurus. You paid nearly 27 quid for a piece of plastic?!

Well, for that piece of plastic he gave 27 little papers. Paper for plastic is not a bad deal. Isn't it. ----------------- Today I got a PAPO pteranodon. And a PROCON stegosaurus (green). - I saw and I had to get it. It's really well made and detailed. I usually don't like Procons but this one is really really worthy. - Imo-. Displays well besides the Papo Stego, like a younger and smaller brother.
