Latest arrivals (they didn't get here all at once ). The 'sock-headed' Toyway Diplodocus, Kentrosaurus, Iguanodon and Corythosaurus from my visit to the Natural History Museum last week: An assortment of Kaiyodo Dinotales from various sources. One batch came as a random lot of twenty different figures, bought 'blind' -- ie, I had no idea what the twenty would be. The two Apatosaurus each came from a different place. One can never have too many apatosaurs. ;D The Brachiosaurus is the most beautiful thing ever; it even has the correct, less pronounced crest and not the Giraffatitan's. Archaeopteryx fossil replica, T. rex and Triceratops skulls (the rex skull is a little shy of the length of my open palm, the Triceratops is a little longer): Aaand, look what you folks have done (Mr Horridus and Mr Blackdanter in particular ;D): Apologies for the poorer picture quality of these last two. They were too big to be photographed on my desk with my desk lamp.

That oviraptorosaur is GORGEOUS! I want to know where you're getting so many from...

Great Carnegie purchases. Some of the best in the collection. How many do you have now, out of interest? Would be great to see photos of them all together. Hinty hint hint. Hmm, not sure how many I have and I'm too lazy to round them all up and count them right now, but maybe tomorrow I'll photograph them all. I have most of the ones I want now anyway.

*Looks at photo of scores of Dinotales models all together* *Looks over to lone Dinotales model in the room* *Weeps quietly* That oviraptorosaur is GORGEOUS! I want to know where you're getting so many from... Oh, no, that will never do! You must have more! Most of these were bought via eBay. A good number were from the seller ig88droid ( shop.ebay.co.uk/ig88droid/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p4340 ), including the Oviraptor (which formed part of an earlier batch I mentioned a short while ago but hadn't then posted pictures of). Four of them were from our own Blade of the Moon. The lot of twenty were from a seller in Hong Kong who in fact excludes bidding from the UK due to too many buyers leaving unfair negative feedback about the shipping taking too long. I sent a message asking if they may not lift the restriction this once for one who most certainly doesn't mind waiting, and was allowed to bid. Here is the Oviraptor and hatchling. It is beautiful and quite rare, I'm told. They're little treasures and Sbell's right, they look especially wonderful together. I once read the feedback of someone who clearly had no idea of these figures' value declaring that a figure they got was 'a cheap toy', and thus was 'binned'. I almost hyperventilated. Only think of that precious figure now consigned to heaven knows where!

Good for you! Those are wonderful new incomes ;D I have a few of those Toyways ( what I had to do to acquire that diplo ;D), the iguanodon looks cool, wish I could find one. And yah, be careful with those Kaiyodos, you can so easily be addicted to them that you will end up with a case full of them! ;D Despite the size, t hey are true gems

Could you imagine, instead of a gemstone on a ring, , a small kaiyodo coelophysis instead?

Um...sorry if this is a noob question, but where are you guys getting the vinyl SEGA figures from? I've searched everywhere and I can't seem to find any.

So they're selling those SEGA's as King Kong supplementary figures? Hmm, I didn't know that. Did that happen after the Peter Jackson film craze?
Anyway, Himmapaan, I think it's time I confiscate your credit cards and put them in a safe place for awhile. ;D
Haha, only kidding (or should I be serious?). No, looks like you are building a real nice collection there. Congrats on your finds!

Ah, yes, I got mine from Lordhelmchen67 too. In fact, I think it might have been on your recommendation, Postsaurischian, so thank you. I think one of the 'neater' shaped Kaiyodo figures, like a marine creature, could probably work on a ring. ;D Don't worry, Meso, I'm on a period of abstention now whilst these earlier purchases arrive. No more spending for a good while. And thank you! Sepp, yes, of course, I'd be very happy to pick up the Corythosaurus for you. Oh, and thank you, Dan! Do you really think I ought?
