Kaiyodo Venatosaurus. I found a bunch of Kaiyodo King Kong minis at a shop today and felt like getting one.
It's pretty cool. I might pick up the others later.

Couple lots came in the mail this last week. The first was mostly Jurassic Park toys mixed in with Chinasaurs. Also...did someone mention the scaly WS Velociraptor? Mine has some company now. The second lot was a BIN that I could not pass up. I now own my first Battats! They're minis but still, I like to think I scored with these. They came with a bunch of other small dinosaur toys. These things are strange. They have attractive colors but all look nearly identical despite representing vastly different species. Looks like they used the same body for all of them. I love this little Carnotaurus

^ I'm pretty jealous of that box.. : ) I visited the local flea market last weekend and found these: Bullyland standard stegosaurus and "brontosaurus". I have two velociraptors from the same series already, so I'm hoping that I can find the rest of them too someday. They're kinda cute with their cartoony eyes and all... And some Mattel figures from the Disney movie. I'm not that big fan of the movie, but I collect Disney stuff too. And then, this one came in the mail this morning: I don't know why, but I really like the old Schleich para... Despite all of its faults, I find it kinda charming.

I really don't care to keep them, I think I'll put them on my trade list. The armadillo says Safari on the bottom, that is all I know about it. I figured it came from a toob. I like it, it now sits next to my Invicta Glyptodon.

And yeah, they are very odd in that they all have essentially the same body. The Armadillo is not a toob figure, it was from their special collections in the late 90s.

I've been ordering a lot of things lately, and they have been coming in steadily over the last few weeks. But this day it was the Invicta Glyptodon and the Bullyland Procynosuchus. Two excellent little figurines/models. A few days ago it was the lovely Collecta Plateosaurus and Ampelosaurus, and before that the Safari 'yellow and brown' Stegosaurus, Rhamphorhynchus and Carnegie Dimetrodon. I am now waiting for the Schleich Apatosaurus to come fly in, and my hopes are up (even if I know there is a chance I could be dissapointed ). Ultimately I love the most accurate and/or finely sculpted models the best, because these are never boring and they show a certain level of respect (for the buyer as well as the animal, I guess ).

They are Timpos. As are the green bronto and brown tric. The small white stego and small brown tric are Cherilea.
