Actually I was there already...that's where those Dino-King minis and all the Kaiyodos I've sold came from...and I still have MORE...but when one day I noticed to actually enjoy them I had to walk up to with a foot or so and squint I realized this wasn't really working for me..lol So I'm on the " no-mini " wagon..trying desperately not to fall off...lol

You really need to paint them with a flat grey primer. It really hard to see the details.
Also, I have not discontinued anything. I sent Dan and Miron my whole stock because I'm busy making a TV show and raising two very young children. They can reorder from Mike at any time. And yes, you do need to wait for them still. I've just updated the Gigantosaurs with more detail and made a 1/72 version as well. The test prints should be in my doorstep tonight so if they look good they will be available tomorrow.
If anyone is going to Comic Con in San Diego come by and say hello. We will be presenting finished Reign stuff this Friday night.

Those two are not Shapeways dinos. They are cast in the traditional way. I have no plans as of yet to put those on Shapeways, sorry. Not a bad idea though I did get your email, sorry for not answering that These last few months have been insane for me. D

ok, I was under the impression that those two were 3d models. Are they cast in regular white resin?

Andesaurus is a go! 1/72 and 1/144 versions are up on Shapeways. www.shapeways.com/shops/krentz Here is a first pic from an iphone in low light. He is bigger than I expected, at the 1/144 he's about 60 feet long? Considering original estimates put it at 100 feet I think I'm ok with this. I made the 1/72 about a 55 foot specimen to save a little $. I was expecting the Gig on my doorstep today but instead it was the Ande. That always makes me worry. I hope there is not a problem with the Gig model AGAIN. Attachments:

You are a busy guy for sure David..don't work too hard bud ! Man I wish I was going to SDCC....yet another con this year I can't make. I dunno what to do next to be honest. I've been talking to Paleontologists all week, and they keep making every fauna interesting to me! Ahhhh !

Ornitho/avimimids and hypsilphodons e.g., Othneilia, Orodromeus are awesome little critters and woefully underrepresented by toy and model-makers. I'm sure you could make some incredible models, that even at 1:40 scale would be small and affordable, not to mention, among the best of their kind. Dioramas would look much better with some well-done small critters in them!

I think a line of Morrison creatures would be wonderful. Especially the sauropods. I know I"m not the only sauropod fan here. Also, most of the fauna from that formation is rather large, so it wouldn't be too hard to make them in the same scale as the others.
