Everything went amazing at Comic Con. The audience reaction was truly amazing. Most importantly we all had fun. I was honored to share the stage with all the panelists.

Angie, the Audience totally dug Jack the T.Rex, I gave you a shout out for the stellar texture paint job and Ricardo for the iconic design! Wished you were there, I could have used you as a battering ram to get through those crowds :-)

Wished you were there, I could have used you as a battering ram to get through those crowds :-) David!!! You are so sweet! I'm almost going to tear up...I can do that, I'm a girl! LOL! Thank you I'm so happy the crowd loved Jack, with your amazing modeling skills who wouldn't! He was a joy to paint and I know that he will be everyone's favorite. And I have a tendency to part crowds of people like the Red Sea. My brother has been walking behind me in malls or anywhere crowded for 20 years now, lol!!! It works Again, congrats on a wonderful job. I have you to thank for such a wonderful experience on this project. And to Ricardo for giving me such praise to even attempt designing some colors for the dinosaurs. An honor to work with both of you. Thanks again so much

The next time I get a Rex model finished, I want him to get painted like Jack. Maybe the Shapeways Rex would work well.

Oh pardon the interruption again, (just super stoked that actualy ''Dino Celebrities'' are talking on here ) is there any way to buy some Dinosaur Revolution posters for the unlucky folk who couldn't get to CC and are stuck here in Canada? Lol I really hope somebody puts a poster up or something on eBay! But are you selling them any other way perhaps?

Yeah Angie and David (if you don't mind me referring to you as such) , if it's not an issue do you think we could get a good picture of Jack? Even just the fleeting footage of him in the trailer and his shadowed face on the DR poster look great! I'd love to see a full-body shot of your take on the King of the Cretaceous!

I'll see about the posters. I really don't want to be the guy in charge of mailing anything, or now will ever get them! I'm sure promotion will begin shortly, so you'll have some images soon enough.

Are those from Reign ? Sorry " Revolution " , still getting used to the name change. lol They look a little soft on details and are the hands correct ? Maybe an early shot ? I'm betting they advertise with a commercial or something during Shark Week..

Yes they are Troodons from Revolution. The pic is so small its hard to make anything out and they probably have the motion blur turned on. I'm sure the hands are correct. I didn;t model these guys (except for the arm and tail fan feathers), but I'm sure they are fine. I have no idea if its early or late, there is so much I get lost, lol! Yeah, it would be nice is Disc. would do something soon

That could explain the detail loss. The hands were hard to tell..they might be good though. I just saw fingers overlapping and wasn't sure. Lord help you if the hands are incorrect though.. lol ;D

I'm still just amazed anyone can SEE anything like fingers. OMG I am getting old and blind. All I see is blue and blur, lol! Yes, I can't wait for the insane amount of badgering over what I (we) did wrong at some point. Sigh.

Correct non- probated hands was the thing I beat up the animators about the most. There's a few slip ups, but only on a few shots.
