Okay, I just checked out the CollectA 2012 catalog to make sure. It does say April, but that's for wave 2 (e.g Argentinosaurus, Amargasaurus etc.) Wave 1 (dead Trike, Theri, Doli, Utah, Kosmo etc.) was scheduled for Jan 2012...where did it go? I suppose they are merging wave 1 and 2?

Thanks for the link, but I'll skip on this one. Those prices are too expensive for my taste. I'll probably pick them up at EverythingDinosaur, whenever they show up there (which could be a while, considering they haven't even got all 2011 figures up yet...).

anyone thinking of cutting the koreaceratops and hypsolophadon familie's stands into pieces so their all separate like 5 koreaceratops instead of one family on one stand.

This is why you buy multiples ! Have a couple groups then customize some into singles you can arrange differently. You can make entire herds of these guys that way..

I think they may have tweaked the sculpt of the "squatting" Rex just a bit. The teeth seem more blade-like and less dull at the tips. Sorry my photo doesn't quite show it. By the way, love the new Olorotitan, Niroot! Great, I was happy with just getting the running rex. Now i'm gonna rethink that. I'm all for making the Rex more ferocious. To me, it looks like the head sculpt is slightly different as well, any chance you can take pics of just the heads of the two(running and crouching)?

impressive! As an aside, there is a very simple color fix for those who dislike the red - simply choose a darker color that will blend with the rest of the paint job, then go over the red carefully using a thin brush for the narrow areas, turning the red into a more pleasing color.

Interesting, it's looking forward. I thought it would have been looking down.

The eyes are bound to be painted a bit differently on each piece. Today I received a Carnegie Diplodocus that looks like it's performing a Liz Lemon eye roll.

This year's batch is looking quite pleasing so far! It's impressive to see how far CollectA has come over the past few years, although it's a touch odd how the new Neovenator looks like a straight repaint of last year's Lourinhanosaurus, as well as the fact that their Triceratops carcass looks like a bloodied-up version of last year's Torosaurus.
