;D So you've been going to private school since you were three. Did they teach typing and spelling? Maybe if you looked at what you have written and thought about it you would understand what you've said. Maybe you could make corrections before you post. Maybe you should slow down and think. ;D

"Going to private school means you take more advanced courses." I would say that varies greatly depending on what private school you go to, and what "public" school you would be "avoiding". I would agree that at least in my experience my involvement with public school in the early years left much to be desired, but advanced placements can put you in some decently challenging positions. www.newsweek.com/id/39380www.newsweek.com/id/137421

What's the use if you can't write your words correctly? Its like you guys are prejudice against people who go to private school. Like I've said, I type very fast. I wasn't trying to be "prejudice" as you say, as I went to a public school for four years and now I'm ion advanced high school classes, so that would be weird if I had said anything to insult you about that... And, not to be rude or anything of the sort, but it isn't just typos that I see your make. For example you use "your" instead of "you're". That is what they meant by spelling your words correctly. And I know sometimes what you mean to say sounds fine in your head, but sounds weird typed out. Back on topic now please.

^ Just because you went to a private school doesn't mean you are smarter than anybody :-P I never said that. Besides, when you say it like that you make me sound like a jerk. Going to private school means you take more advanced courses. If your saying its just as hard as public school, you are wrong. Private School is much more difficult. Trust me, this public school work is a breeze. For example, when in 6th grade you take Algebra 1. In public school, you take Algebra one when you go into high school. Um, not for me. I went to private school for 6 years, but then left for a public school because it had harder courses. I'm 2 years ahead of my private school friends. Hey CT, how many entries?

Hopefully this will avoid people from pointing out mistakes that I make when I type too fast. Cordylus, I use the word "your", instead of "you're", because I'm not trying to win a spelling bee on this forum. I'm trying to get what I want to say out, and as fast a possible. But, if everyone wants to complain about the way I posts and how I make my threads, I will spend an extra three hours on this forum checking for errors. (My private school was very difficult. It was difficult because it was a strict, Catholic, nun invested, private school. ) Yes, let us please get back on topic.

So curriculum wise they were easy but rule wise they were very strict. When my daughter went to public school, after 8 years of private school, she found out that they were ahead in math but behind in english related subjects. If you spend 3 hours checking your post then maybe you will post less. This will give the rest of us a chance to get a word in edge wise. ;D

Ah, it's nice to be back and see everyone's been busy with their diorama projects! Unfortunately it has been raining non-stop here in Seattle making it impossible to do any diorama outdoors. Believe me, it has crossed my mind to make a great flood dios with all the rain we are getting ;D So I think I am going on plan B.
