OK really not sure where to put this. Well is there a way to find out when new before the dinosaurs are being made? ;D Oh if this is in the wrong spot please move the topic to its right spot. Thanks.

Just like to say thanks for moving it. Even if there were some sites I could use.

My Safari rep told me that new products are usually announced in the fourth quarter - no telling what will be announced, though. Aside from what we already know, of course.

Which is a Cryolophosaurus and Ichthyosaurus from the Carnegie line, and a (likely) Brachiosaurus from the Wild Safari line, I believe. That may be all the Carnegies, but we will likely see at least a few more Wild Safari prehistorics.

I couldn't find any support for the Ichthyosaur, but I believe the Brachiosaurus and Cryolophosaurus are strong contenders for this coming year. Anything could happen, of course.

Can you tell what species of Icthyosaur it is ? How large is it ? Color, patterns, is the skin smooth or wrinkly....you know toss us some bones here.. ;D

I seem to think he said earlier that it was icthyosaurus proper, and had an ammonite in its jaws, then again, I may well be wrong.....

All I can tell you guys is it has an ammonite in it's jaws the jaws are closed shut but the ammonites tenticles are clamed inside the shell is not inside the mouth. It looks to be 8 to 10 inches long to me give or take. The skin was very smooth like the tylosaurus. No color yet it was just the gray clay. As it looked to me it is not removable but a custom cut off could do the job! As it looks it is an icthyosaurus proper. Well their you go!

Update a weird thing happened to me today. I was at work and when I was done typing the last blog entry. I went upstairs to find a box on my desk and the icthyosaurus model was in the box! The sculpt I saw in the pics was now in my hands. So it is smaller than I thought. It is about 6 inches long a bit smaller. It is really detailed down to the number of teeth. The ammonite is a nice touch really detailed. It was not the final sculpt but very close now she will add the more finer detail and they said it will have the same glossy look as the tylosaur. Well their you go! I assure you guys it looks great.

Will you be allowed to keep the prototype? (I know, not likely, but it's worth asking... )
