It could just be a no brand chinasaur. You should PM Pawnosuchus and ask to see more pictures of it

The Chasmosaurus and Lambeosaurus at the front were originally done by the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) in gray. The rest appear to be cheap Chinosaurs!

That Ouranosaurus in that picture is from the then and Now series I believe....which is by Galoob made in 1993. There were 7 different dinos in the series. Rather high quality figures that also came with a skeleton of the same species.....

The pose kind of reminds me of the Invicta Iguanodon...with the forearms held in the air and the thumbs sticking up...plus the kangaroo posture.
There need to be more Ouranosaurus models.
