Yes there was a painted blue whale, but I don't know why people desire it along with the invicta prehistorics.

Completists do. I've only ever really gone after the unpainted prehistorics myself. Would be interested to see a painted blue whale simply because, well, I don't think I have seen one before...

As a huge Invicta fan I am very interested in the Laramies... But never heard bout them, never saw them but in tiny pics in the web... Stoneage, are they avaiable in e-bay, or something?

There were 3 boxes like this which all cost $9.99. This is the Laramie Plesiosaurus. This is the Invicta Plesiosaurus, notice the similiaritys. It is even blue. I see these on Ebay from time to time and they are not expensive. They may be a little rare? I will try to get some pictures over Christmas or New Year's.

Never saw them in ebay. I wish I could get one of these boxes at $9.99 When were these made, same time than the Invictas or later? If you could post detailed pics of your collection, that would be just great!

Holy cow, looks like someone hit the mother-load! Looks at least a few of those were eBay finds, yeah? All of them came off Ebay in fact, but almost all of them were Buy-It-Nows. And I managed to get the Young Rex for only 16.50 bucks. But unfortunately I lost out on three WWD Liopleurodons...

Seen quite a few WWD Liopleurodons on eBay UK recently going for a very reasonable price. You've probably been looking there too, but thought I'd pipe up, just in case...
(Not fussed about marine reptiles myself, even 'holy grail' ones!)
By the way, I think you did a good job completing JPToys' reviews Roselaar.

If you could post detailed pics of your collection, that would be just great! Hey, the blue whale discussion reminds me of the reason I stranded here over a 18 months ago I´m happy there´s a new Invicta / Larami discussion here! You all know my favourites, don´t you? So here are some Larami pics. They were produced in the 90s, at the same time or later than the last Invictas (Lambeosaurus and Dimetrodon, 1993). All Larami dinosaurs were also Invicta dinosaurs, with two exceptions: The Styracosaurus and the Ankylosaurus. It´s no secret the rest was highly inspired by the probably best museum line of the world. I find Laramis quite charming, kind of a hommage to the timeless design of the Invictas. The "non - Invicta" Laramis

The diplodocus looks especially good. Too bad chinasaur companies today don't rip off famous toylines... (other than JaRu of course!)

I didn't know you had those. Where are the Apatosaurus, Elasmosaurus, Parasaurolophus, and Triceratops?
