Three PRIMAL RAGE figures came this morning. SAURON- (T-Rex) VERTIGO- (Cobrasaur) TALON- (Deinonychus) --- This one has the feathered mohawk missing The Vertigo fig is the very best one. I would have paid the same for that one alone. Price was not bad at all, though. I really like those, and I think I am going to get the rest of the figures if I can. I am specially interested on the RED T-Rex (Diablo) and the ANKYLOCERATOPSIAN (Armadon).

Just won these on eBay, guys... I never even knew they existed! How rare are they and do you think they're worth much as a collectible package? Just wondering if I should take them out when I get them.

Nice catch. I've never seen those before either, but you can bet they'll lose value once they leave the box.

EVERYTHING is less valuable once you've removed it from its packaging. But I think it's worth it to get to the figures. If you're that bothered about resale value then keep the box in good nick, and while it won't be worth as much as a sealed box it will at least be worth more than the 'naked' figures.
Oh yes, and haven't seen them before either.

Thanks, guys! Oh yes, I always keep all the packagings, tags, etc.
Strange after all these years since WwD figures have been around, I have never heard of the "Babies" collection! I didn't really have the extra dough for them right now. But, I thought these were just too different to pass up. Glad I won them, but may end up having to resell them, hehe! If I do decide to resell them after I get and see them, I'll probably keep them sealed in their package.

I know exactly how you feel...I've made a few purchases on eBay these past few days, even though I'm low on funds. They're not exactly "different" for the most part, though...just vintage, really. Once you've made one purchase on eBay it's hard to stop....

I usually call eBay 'eBil': a portmanteau of 'eBay' and 'evil', plus it sounds like 'e- bill', which sums it up, really. It has a cruel, cruel hold and drains the pockets at a shocking rate... My word, it looks like they are...

The WWD babies Ankylosaurus, Iguanodon, Stegosaurus, and Pterosaur, look almost identical to four Safari ltd dinos that came from one of their toobs that I own.

I know I have that allosaur--in the original green and blue. These would have been Safari Authentics.

Woah! A mutant freak! One can imagine the first JP Dilophosaurus turning out like that. "Just a little less cobra DNA next time, lads."

www.fightersgeneration.com/np5/char/primal/vertigo3.jpgHar har primal rage. What a great franchise. That character's name was Vertigo. I had her (yes it was a female) and the rest of the action figures from that line back in the day. I think they eventually ended up in good will or something though. Anyway, picked up these three at the store today.
