Wow, I had no idea the Battat T.rex was so rare and sought-after. I'm glad I kept mine all these years. It is a gorgeous figure. It may actually be my favourite Tyrannosaur figure (I wish more dinosaur toys had imaginative colour schemes).

I picked up the smallest of the new Lego Dino sets today at Toys R Us; Ambush Attack. It comes with a bush, small jeep, tranquilizer gun, dino hunter, and a Coelophysis. I'll post some pictures of my actual set tomorrow. I can't wait to get more of these! I plan on making a whole Jurassic Park-like set up with all seven of the sets.

Does the box say it's a Coelophysis? If so, that's a very interesting choice by Lego and I might have to get it!

Does the box say it's a Coelophysis? If so, that's a very interesting choice by Lego and I might have to get it! The box doesn't say what kind of dinosaur it is, but on everything media related (lego.com, lego magazine, press releases, etc.), they say that it's a Coelophysis. There are currently 7 sets in total, each with a unique dinosaur (or three in the case of the largest set; Dino Defense HQ); 2 Coelophysis, 2 Pteranodon, 2 Velociraptor, 1 Triceratops, 2 Tyrannosaurus. Despite there being two of every dino (except for the Trike), they all come in different colors, so it's like you're getting a brand new dino each and every time!

I bought a B-Movie style T-Rex, and received a Cartoon Spinosaur. I like both of them because of the media they could represent

Hey Takama, it´s a Schleich T.rex! Nice new mammals for Archosaur! I got new: Safari Apatosaurus adult, Papo Velociraptor (No, I did not have these yet!), Safari Mini Velociraptor Disga Monoclonius and a Stygimoloch from an unknown company. I´ll post pics in the identification thread and hope someone can tell me more about it. And I guess, I guess, tonight Santa Claus has some new Bullylands for me...They made smaller versions from their originals - one plant-eater package and one carnivore - package. Imagine the Bullyland Allosaurus and Velociraptor and the rex in Mini. I post pictures, should Santa Claus be fair ;-)
