It's a some kind of juvie pachy. We could not be specific for a couple of reasons and I really did not want to enter the Stygi and adult pachycephalosaur argument. Im hoping they find a short faced big eyed Pachy in about a month. Until then we live with it being a generic juvie.

Good to know. So how does the narrator refers to it? if he even do....

Most of you have probably already seen this photo, but it won't hurt to post it up on the forum. Another view of a Triceratops, most likely a female (I could tell because of her dully colored cranium unlike the other brightly colored Triceratops we saw earlier ).

Yea, those are male and female trikes. Thought I'd go with the Horner keratin head idea. Males have long spines coming from the posterior osteoderms and their heads are colored like hornbills/fender stratocasters. I have amazing photos of the mummy and I used them to sample skin textures and stamp them onto the models. Glad you like em, I had fun with those!

Impressive! Though don't forget the Ankylosaurus in 'Clash of the Dinosaurs' But I would say that this Ankylosaurus is the most outstanding one I have seen on television! ;D

Just checked the Clash of Dinosaurs one. Is better than the horrendous WWD ankylo but still have a segmented armor, so not completely accurate. This one seems spotless and very livelike.
BTW some of the Clash of Dinosaurs creatures like the T. rex look surprisingly accurate and non JP influenced...shame that rest of the show wasn´t at the same level.

Yeah. Some of the dinosaurs were over dramatized like the Triceratops. :/

A mummified Triceratops fossil that showed many skin details, such as scutes on the back and long scales on the belly.

Unfortunately I think this one is still undescribed. Been so for quite some time too (several years).
